i hired donna verschaer as my new sewer for my kdon clothing line just over a month ago. she has a company called “sew it all” and in the last 2 weeks she has literally dropped off the face of the earth and with her has taken, fabric, buttons, notions, original patterns, finished garments and samples from my line. i call her everyday and email every other day… she does not answer any of my communications. so the moral of the story is beware of donna verschaer.

We are going through the exact same situation right now! Only we met with her last week and were suppose to come out for a dress fitting on Saturday.
i’m so sorry to hear that donna had gotten to you. she used to work for me at my studio in richmond. she was okay at first, but she pulled the same thing on me AND my clients. i had a big mess to clean up after i told her to leave.

this just happened to my roommate. $2,000 worth of clothing gone. Same MO: just disappeared off the face of the planet. I don’t think donna realizes just how batshit insane my roommate is though.

Hi, I had the same thing happen to me, but I’ve found her new phone number if anyone wants to call her 604-580-0124. She’s living in White Rock now apparently. Her previous landlord in Surrey told me she owes him rent aswell.
Ugh.
She owes me $400. I guess it is a pattern she follows. Wish I would have known…
