This awesome video by Shane Morgran shows the process I went through to create and launch a Spring Summer collection, using 68 pounds of discarded fabric and clothing. I only had 5 weeks to pull everything together! But in true kdon style I got it done just in the nick of time! 🙂

Hi Kim! Love the 68 Pound Challenge! You made some awesome garments. I’d like to tell you about our Sewing Guild “Frenchy’s Challenge”. Each participant received four garments purchased at Frenchy’s (a local second-hand clothing chain here in the Maritimes) by one of the organizers of the Challenge. The participant then had to make one outfit using all of the garments and then model it. I would love to send you some photos of my garments and the resulting outfit – if you like but don’t know how to so it here.
