Suture literally means “join”. The term may refer to:

• Surgical suture, a stitch used by doctors and surgeons to hold tissue together.
• Suture (anatomy), a rigid joint between hard parts of animals
• suture (geology), a major fault through an orogen or mountain range
• suture (line), the intersection of the septum with the outer shell in Ammonites

i have named the new FW 2011 collection. suture. for a grand many reasons this word is the ultimate title and presentaion for this coming collection. I am very excited to debut it next week at Eco Fashion Week Vancouver.
