kdon fw 2009 about to hit the runway on sept 24th.
On sept 24th, 2009 I am launching the kdon FW/09 line in collaboration with Boconcept, the furniture store who is the creator of the “worlds longest launch party“. the new collection is a throw back to the 1960′s mixed with a heavy and contrasting punk vibe. you can expect to see lots of sharp colors, hard and soft edges and the usual kdon way of experimenting with every contradiction possible. long, short, soft, hard, big, small and so its goes. i to say the least, am so very very stoked to present ‘rock me gently’ to you all on next thursday. i would love for you to come and check it out. peace.
looking for an intern for 3 months only.
f you’re a fashion student / one who is very talented with the technical aspects of sewing, and located within Vancouver, then you’ve come to the right place. I am looking for an intern during a 3 month period.
Requirements:
- Candidate must be available two days a week, minimum four hours per day (days and times are flexible)
- Sewing experience is a must
- Basic knowledge of sewing and cutting
Intern duties may include the following:
- Office organization
- Sewing details on pieces (buttons, finishing)
- Assisting on photo shoots
- Acquiring supplies
- Creating tags
- Cutting patterns
- Performing basic sewing and construction
